Conciliar Sect’s OSCE Address Betrays Divine Kingship of Christ
The VaticanNews portal (December 4, 2025) reports on “Archbishop” Paul Richard Gallagher’s address to the OSCE Ministerial Council, emphasizing conflict prevention in Ukraine, combating religious intolerance, migration issues, and human trafficking. The article states:
“He encouraged the OSCE to recover the ‘Helsinki spirit’ of openness, dialogue and shared responsibility…”
“Gallagher noted deepening divisions, diminished trust and renewed conflicts in Europe. He expressed particular concern for the war in Ukraine and urged all parties to resume genuine dialogue…”
The piece concludes with vague appeals to “human dignity” while omitting any reference to Regnum Christi (the Kingship of Christ) as the sole foundation for true peace. This diplomatic theater exemplifies the conciliar sect’s complete surrender to naturalism.
Naturalistic Substitution of Divine Law for Secular Human Rights
The address substitutes Catholic dogma with United Nations-style humanitarianism, declaring freedom of religion as merely one among many “fundamental freedoms” rather than the prerequisite for societal order. Pius XI condemned this inversion in Quas Primas:
“When once men recognize, both in private and in public life, that Christ is King, society will at last receive the great blessings of real liberty, well-ordered discipline, peace and harmony.” (QP §19)
Gallagher’s assertion that “tolerance alone does not constitute genuine freedom” constitutes theological sleight-of-hand. The 1917 Code of Canon Law (Canon 1351) forbade religious indifferentism absolutely, while Pius IX’s Syllabus of Errors condemned the notion that “every man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true” (Error 15).
False Ecumenism Masquerading as Conflict Resolution
The call for “even-handed approaches to all forms of intolerance” betrays the conciliar sect’s heresy of parity among religions. Contrast this with the Mortalium Animos (1928) of Pius XI:
“The Catholic Church… believes it unlawful to place the various forms of divine worship on the same footing as the true religion.”
By lumping antisemitism with generic “incidents affecting Christians, Muslims and members of other religions,” the address implicitly denies Christ’s mandate: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations” (Matthew 28:19). True peace derives not from OSCE negotiations but from submission to the Social Reign of Christ the King – a doctrine conspicuously absent from Gallagher’s speech.
Surrogate Motherhood: The Uncondemned Abomination
While rightly condemning human trafficking, the address reduces surrogacy to a mere “practice linked to trafficking” rather than denouncing it as intrinsically evil. This cowardice flows from the conciliar sect’s embrace of Bergoglio’s Amoris Laetitia moral relativism.
St. Pius X’s Lamentabili Sane condemned the Modernist error that “moral laws do not stand in need of the divine sanction” (Error 56). Surrogate motherhood constitutes a fourfold crime against:
1. The sacrament of matrimony (perverting procreation)
2. The child (commodifying human life)
3. The birth mother (reducing her to incubator)
4. Divine law (usurping God’s creative authority)
The Helsinki Heresy: Dialogue as Idolatry
The invocation of the “Helsinki spirit” exposes the conciliar sect’s worship of process over truth. When Gallagher claims dialogue is “not weakness but a necessary path to reconciliation,” he echoes Paul VI’s disastrous ostpolitik that abandoned persecuted Catholics behind the Iron Curtain.
Pius XII’s Ci Riesce (1953) established that dialogue with error is only permissible when:
1. Truth is simultaneously proclaimed
2. No ambiguity about doctrine remains
3. The Church’s freedom is guaranteed
Gallagher violates all three conditions by treating Russia’s Orthodox schismatics and Ukraine’s Greek-Catholic collaborators as morally equivalent parties.
The Missing Sovereign: No Peace Without Christ the King
The complete omission of Christ’s social kingship renders this address spiritually void. As Pius XI taught:
“Nations will be reminded by the annual celebration of this feast that not only private individuals but also rulers and princes are bound to give public honor and obedience to Christ.” (QP §32)
Until the OSCE nations kneel before the Eucharistic King – rather than debating “human dignity” in Vienna conference rooms – their peace efforts remain vanitas vanitatum (vanity of vanities). The conciliar sect’s betrayal of this truth confirms its identity as the mysterium iniquitatis (mystery of iniquity) foretold in Scripture.
