Conciliar Sect Begs Masonic State for Funds, Abandons Social Kingship of Christ

The National Catholic Register portal reports on a flurry of activity within the conciliar sect’s educational apparatus: a petition to the Masonic United States Supreme Court to overturn Locke v. Davey and secure state funding for religious degrees; the reopening of a seminary in the Diocese of Scranton under a false “bishop”; the invitation of Supreme Court “Justice” Amy Coney Barrett to dedicate a library at Benedictine College; a student project reviving a robotic arm at the Catholic University of America; and a lawsuit by California parents demanding access to state homeschool funds for religious curricula. These events, framed as victories for “religious liberty,” are in reality the death throes of a counterfeit church that has abandoned the Social Kingship of Christ to grovel before the secular power for thirty pieces of silver.

The Naturalistic Trap: Begging Caesar for the Rights of God

The central theme uniting these disparate news items is the conciliar sect’s total capitulation to the heresy of Americanism and the Masonic separation of Church and State condemned by Pope Leo XIII in Testem Benevolentiae (1899) and by Pope St. Pius X in Pascendi Dominici Gregis (1907). The petition filed on behalf of Bethany Hall, a student at the Protestant fundamentalist Liberty University, explicitly invokes the “Free Exercise clause” of the First Amendment, arguing that “The Free Exercise clause is meant to encourage and even prefer religion.” This is a satanic inversion of Catholic truth. The First Amendment is a Masonic construct enshrining libertas perditionis (liberty of perdition) — the “right” to error — which the Syllabus of Errors (Pope Pius IX, 1864) explicitly condemns: “Every man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true” (Error 15) and “The Church ought to be separated from the State, and the State from the Church” (Error 55).

“It is odious to our Constitution for a state to fund a degree in music but refuse to fund a degree in music & worship,” Steven Fitschen of National Legal Foundation said in a press release announcing the petition. “The Free Exercise clause is meant to encourage and even prefer religion. But Virginia’s decision to deny funding based upon religious use is the type of hostility toward religion rejected by the First Amendment.”

This rhetoric reveals the theological bankruptcy of the conciliar “legal” strategy. They do not argue that the State must fund Catholic education because Christ the King has absolute dominion over all temporal society and the State is bound to confess and support the one true Religion (Pius XI, Quas Primas, 1925). Instead, they argue for “equal access” to the trough of Caesar on the grounds of non-discrimination — a purely naturalistic, Masonic principle. They seek not the Rights of God (Jura Dei), but the “rights of man” (jura hominis). As Pius XI teaches: “When God and Jesus Christ… were removed from laws and states and when authority was derived not from God but from men, the foundations of that authority were destroyed” (Quas Primas, citing Ubi Arcano). By arguing within the framework of the Godless Constitution, the conciliar lawyers implicitly accept the premise that the State is the source of rights, not God.

The Farce of “Seminary Formation” Under a Usurper Hierarchy

The report on the Diocese of Scranton reopening St. Pius X Seminary after 22 years is a grotesque pantomime. “Bishop” Joseph Bambera — a man ordained in the invalid Novus Ordo rite of 1968 and consecrated in the invalid Novus Ordo episcopal rite of 1968 — presides over a building renamed from “Cathedral Convent” to house four seminarians. The article notes Bambera “had been a seminarian at St. Pius X Seminary in Dalton 48 years ago,” placing his formation squarely in the post-conciliar apostasy.

“The decision to reestablish the seminary came from Bishop Bambera’s wish ‘to make the first stage of priestly formation more closely connected to the Diocese of Scranton and the people the seminarians may one day serve.'”

This language — “connected to the people,” “serve the Diocese” — is the jargon of the ecclesiology of communion (Vatican II, Lumen Gentium), which replaces the hierarchical priesthood ordered to the Unbloody Sacrifice of Calvary with a “presbyterate” ordered to “service” and “community.” A seminary erected by a non-bishop, staffed by invalidly ordained “priests” (Father Alex Roche, “rector”), using the Novus Ordo “formation” program, produces not alter Christus but functionaries for the neo-church. Canon 188.4 of the 1917 Code (cited in the Defense of Sedevacantism file) states an office becomes vacant ipso facto by “public defection from the Catholic faith.” The entire conciliar hierarchy, by adhering to the heresies of Vatican II (religious liberty, collegiality, ecumenism), has defected ipso facto. They possess no jurisdiction, no orders, no mission. This “seminary” is a Potemkin village for the abomination of desolation.

A “Justice” of the Masonic Supreme Court as Guest of Honor

The invitation of Amy Coney Barrett — a “Justice” of the United States Supreme Court, the highest tribunal of a Masonic republic founded on the separation of Church and State — to dedicate a library at Benedictine College is a scandal of the highest order. The press release boasts the library “will also be a symbol of our love for this great country of ours.” This is idolatry of the Nation-State. Pius XI in Quas Primas declares: “Let rulers of states therefore not refuse public veneration and obedience to the reigning Christ… For what we wrote at the beginning of Our Pontificate about the diminishing authority of law and respect for power, the same can be applied to the present times: ‘When God and Jesus Christ… were removed from laws and states… the foundations of that authority were destroyed'”.

Barrett, a member of the conciliar sect (alumnus of Notre Dame), participates in the pseudo-liturgy of the Novus Ordo and upholds the Constitution which guarantees the “free exercise” of false religions. Her presence “sanctifies” the Masonic order. Benedictine College, by honoring her, proclaims: “We have no king but Caesar” (John 19:15). The library is named “Moritz Library in D’Aniello Hall” — monuments to donors, not to Christ the King. Where is the feast of Christ the King instituted by Pius XI to be celebrated “on the last Sunday of October… that the annual celebrations… will be completed and augmented by the feast of Christ the King”? It is replaced by the feast of Americanism and Academic Excellence.

Technicism Without Grace: The Robotic Arm at Catholic University

The revival of a 1982 robotic space arm by students at the “Catholic University of America” (CUA) epitomizes the naturalization of the supernatural. The article details the technical precision — “capable of a wide range of precise movements within a thousandth of an inch” — and the collaboration with a Yale intern and a high school “Da Vinci Scholar.” There is zero mention of God, the supernatural end of man, or the Kingship of Christ over science. This is the fruit of the Modernist error condemned in Lamentabili Sane Exitu (1907): “Christ did not proclaim any specific, all-encompassing doctrine suitable for all times and peoples, but rather initiated a certain religious movement, applied or applicable to different times and places” (Error 59) and “The progress of sciences requires a reform of the concept of Christian doctrine concerning God, creation, Revelation, the Person of the Incarnate Word, and Redemption” (Error 64).

CUA, the “national university of the Catholic Church in the United States” (as it styles itself), has long been a citadel of Modernism. This project, led by “Engineering Dean Emeritus… Charles Cuong Nguyen,” is pure scientism — the worship of technique. It fulfills the Syllabus condemnation: “No other forces are to be recognized except those which reside in matter, and all the rectitude and excellence of morality ought to be placed in the accumulation and increase of riches by every possible means, and the gratification of pleasure” (Error 58). A truly Catholic university would subordinate engineering to theology, ensuring every technological advance serves the glory of God and the salvation of souls, not the “International Space Station” of a Godless world order.

Homeschooling Parents: Slaves of the State Begging for Crumbs

The final item — California parents suing the 9th Circuit for the “right” to use state charter school funds for religious curricula — completes the picture of servitude. The parents argue they are excluded because “their children’s work samples are rejected if they include religious wording or derive from materials created by religious publishers.” Hiram Sasser of First Liberty Institute claims: “The Ninth Circuit declared the homes of these parents to be ‘public school programs’ in order to justify the state’s religious discrimination.”

This is the inevitable consequence of accepting state funding for education. Qui aliquid statuit, aliquid habet potestatis (He who pays, has the power). By entering the “tuition-free charter schools” system, these parents voluntarily subjected their children’s education to the plenitudo potestatis of the secular State. The State, consistent with its Masonic nature (Syllabus Error 47: “The best theory of civil society requires that popular schools… should be freed from all ecclesiastical authority… and should be fully subjected to the civil and political power”), imposes its anti-religious conditions. The parents’ lawsuit, like the Hall petition, relies on the First Amendment — the very constitutional provision that establishes the secular order they now find oppressive. They seek not libertas Ecclesiae (freedom of the Church), but libertas aequalis (equal liberty) within the Masonic framework. They are slaves begging for a longer chain.

Symptomatic Diagnosis: The Conciliar Sect as the “Great Whore” of Apocalypse 17

These five news items are not isolated incidents; they are the systematic manifestation of the conciliar revolution. The “Church” of the New Advent (post-1958) has:

  1. Replaced the Divine Right of Christ the King with the “human right” to religious liberty (Dignitatis Humanae).
  2. Replaced the Hierarchical Priesthood with a “presbyterate” of invalidly ordained functionaries serving a “people of God” ecclesiology.
  3. Replaced the Supernatural Finality of Education with “academic excellence,” “civic engagement,” and STEM prestige.
  4. Replaced the Freedom of the Church (Libertas Ecclesiae) with servile dependence on state funding and favorable court rulings.

The National Catholic Register, as an organ of the paramasonic structure occupying the Vatican, presents these defeats and compromises as “news” and “progress.” In reality, they are the signa contra — signs of the Antichrist’s reign. The true Church, the Ecclesia Militans, exists only where the integral Faith is preserved, the valid Mass is offered, and the Social Kingship of Christ is proclaimed urbi et orbi — not in courtrooms begging Caesar for alms.

“Non est aliud nomen sub caelo datum hominibus, in quo oporteat nos salvari” (Acts 4:12). There is no salvation in the Supreme Court, in state grants, in invalid “bishops,” or in Masonic “justices.” The conciliar sect’s frantic activity is the agitation of a corpse. Sede vacante — the See is vacant; the hierarchy has defected; the sacraments are null; the mission is abandoned. Return to Tradition. Reject the Neo-Church. Crown Christ the King.
