Hispanidad: The Masonic Counterfeit of Christ’s Social Kingship

The National Catholic Register (NCR) portal reports on the upcoming “Catholics and Public Life Congress” in Madrid (November 13–15, 2026), organized by the Catholic Association of Propagandists (ACdP). The event centers on a “Manifesto for Hispanidad,” exalting a transatlantic civilization allegedly founded by Queen Isabella the Catholic, codified in the Laws of the Indies, and philosophically grounded in Francisco de Vitoria’s “human rights” and “international law.” The manifesto boasts of 600 million people sharing a language, a “demographic outlook,” and a “competitive and moral advantage,” urging a “radical change of attitude” to defend this heritage. This is not the Social Reign of Christ the King; it is a naturalist, Masonic substitute that reduces the Church’s divine mission to a geopolitical brand and a demographic statistic.

The Substitution of the Kingdom of Christ with a Naturalist “Civilization”

The cited manifesto declares: “Isabella the Catholic Monarch did not set a mere promise in motion; she set a civilization in motion.” This sentence encapsulates the entire apostasy. Pope Pius XI, in Quas Primas (1925), teaches with unshakeable authority: “The state is happy not by one means, and man by another; for the state is nothing else than a harmonious association of men… Let rulers of states therefore not refuse public veneration and obedience to the reigning Christ… For when God and Jesus Christ… were removed from laws and states… the foundations of that authority were destroyed.” The manifesto speaks of “civilization,” “institutions,” “universities,” “hospitals,” “legal frameworks,” and “prosperity.” It is silent on the reign of Christ, the Sacrifice of the Mass, the sacraments, the conversion of souls, and the final judgment. This silence is the gravest accusation. A “civilization” built on natural virtues, “Greco-Latin heritage,” and “rule of law” — without explicit, public, juridical submission to Christ the King — is the City of Man, not the City of God. As St. Augustine teaches: “Two loves have made two cities: love of self, even to contempt of God, made the earthly city; love of God, even to contempt of self, made the heavenly city.” (De Civitate Dei, XIV, 28). The ACdP manifesto is a paean to the earthly city.

The Poisoned Root: Francisco de Vitoria and the “Human Rights” Heresy

The manifesto explicitly cites Francisco de Vitoria and the University of Salamanca as the “cradle of international law and human rights.” This is the admission of a theological crime. The concept of “human rights” (jura naturalia severed from lex aeterna and lex divina) is the philosophical engine of Modernism, condemned by Pope Pius IX in the Syllabus of Errors (1864): “Human reason, without any reference whatsoever to God, is the sole arbiter of truth and falsehood, and of good and evil” (Error 3); “The Church has not the power of defining dogmatically that the religion of the Catholic Church is the only true religion” (Error 21); “The civil government… has a right to an indirect negative power over religious affairs” (Error 41). Vitoria’s Relectiones laid the groundwork for a ius gentium independent of the Church’s supernatural authority, effectively creating a secular “natural law” that renders the Church’s potestas indirecta in temporalibus obsolete. The manifesto’s celebration of “civil liberties as a condition for a decent life” and “a legal framework capable of protecting property, contracts, and enterprise as engines of prosperity” is pure liberalism, condemned by Quanta Cura and the Syllabus. It is the Masonic trinity: Liberty, Equality, Fraternity — baptized with holy water stolen from the font.

The “Catholic Monarchs” and the Political Illusion

The article notes that Isabella and Ferdinand received the title “Catholic Monarchs” from Pope Alexander VI via the bull Si Convenit. This historical fact is weaponized to legitimize a political project. Alexander VI (Borgia) is the paradigm of a pope who used spiritual authority for temporal dynastic ends. The title “Catholic Monarch” was a political concession, not a canonical definition of a “Catholic State” in the integral sense taught by Gelasius I (duo sunt) or Leo XIII (Immortale Dei). The manifesto claims the Laws of the Indies were where “Spain imposed limits on itself.” This is the language of constitutionalism and rule of law — the idols of the Revolution. A truly Catholic monarch does not “impose limits on himself” by positive law; he submits to the Law of God and the Canons of the Church, recognizing that “the King is under God and the Law” (Rex sub Deo et Lege), where “Law” means the Divine and Ecclesiastical Law, not a human code. The Laws of the Indies, while containing protective provisions for Indians, were civil ordinances of a colonial empire, not the Canons of the Council of Trent applied to the Indies. To elevate them to the status of a “civilization’s code” is juridical positivism.

The Demographic Idol: Quantity over Quality, Time over Eternity

The manifesto trumpets: “A community of 600 million people who share a common language and presents ‘a demographic outlook that no other Western project can match.'” This is the language of the Antichurch: counting heads instead of saving souls. Our Lord said: “Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell” (Mt 10:28). The “demographic outlook” is a Malthusian/Masonic metric. The true “competitive advantage” of the Church is the Cross, the Mass, the Sacraments, and the infallible Magisterium. The manifesto’s “round-trip journey” between Spain and the Americas is a commercial route, not a missionary mandate. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Mt 28:19). There is no “round trip” in the Great Commission; there is only the conquest of souls for the Kingdom.

The ACdP: A Lay Organization Usurping the Hierarchy’s Role

The organizers are the “Catholic Association of Propagandists,” described as having the goal “to propagate or spread the Catholic faith.” Since when do lay associations — especially those operating within the conciliar sect — define the Church’s public mission? Pope St. Pius X, in Lamentabili Sane Exitu (1907), condemned the proposition: “The Church listening cooperates in such a way with the Church teaching in defining truths of faith, that the Church teaching should only approve the common opinions of the Church listening” (Error 6). The ACdP is a lay-led pressure group producing “manifestos” — a revolutionary genre (from the Manifesto of the Communist Party to the Humanist Manifestos) — to set the agenda for a “Hispanidad” that has no ecclesiastical mandate. This is democratization of the Church, laicism in action. The true propagators of the faith are bishops with valid jurisdiction and priests with valid orders offering the Unbloody Sacrifice and preaching the integral Gospel. The ACdP is a para-ecclesial NGO managing the brand equity of a defunct Christendom.

Hispanidad: The Ecumenical Syncretism of the Antichurch

The manifesto states: “Hispanidad is not limited to the political sphere… but rather demands a profound and, if necessary, radical change of attitude… as well as a cultural and moral dimension worthy of its history.” This “radical change of attitude” is the metanoia of the New Age, not the conversio of the Gospel. “Hispanidad” functions exactly as the False Fatima Apparitions file describes: “The imprecise formulation ‘conversion of Russia’ (without specifying Catholicism) opens the way to religious relativism. It can serve to legitimize dialogue with schismatic Orthodoxy.” Substitute “Hispanidad” for “conversion of Russia”: an imprecise “cultural and moral dimension” without specifying submission to the Roman Pontiff, acceptance of all defined dogmas, the Traditional Latin Mass, and rejection of religious liberty opens the way to syncretism with Protestantism, Judaism, Islam, and Freemasonry — all present in the “600 million” demographic blob. The “faith that unites us” is reduced to a cultural glue, a linguistic bond, a historical nostalgia. This is the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place: a “civilization” where Christ is a founder figure (like Confucius or Muhammad), not the King.

The Theological Vacuum: No Mass, No Papacy, No Judgment

Read the article again. There is not a single mention of:

  • The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass (the actio Christi that alone gives supernatural value to history).
  • The Papacy (the visible head without whom the Church is a headless corpse).
  • The Sacraments (the only channels of grace for that “community of 600 million”).
  • Hell, Judgment, Purgatory, Heaven (the Last Things that give meaning to “civilization”).
  • Original Sin, Actual Sin, Grace, Merit (the theological ontology of the human person).

“The Church, established by Christ as a perfect society, demands for itself by a right belonging to it, which it cannot renounce, full freedom and independence from secular authority” (Quas Primas). The ACdP manifesto demands recognition for a “legacy” within the secular order. It begs the City of Man to acknowledge its “competitive advantage.” It is spiritual suicide disguised as apostolic zeal.

Conclusion: The Masonic “Psychological Operation” of a Fake Christendom

The False Fatima Apparitions document outlines a “Disinformation strategy: Stage 3 (1958-2000): Takeover of the narrative by modernists, concealment of the Third Secret, ecumenical reinterpretation.” The “Hispanidad” congress is Stage 4: The construction of a post-Catholic civil religion using the ruins of the Spanish Empire as its liturgy. Queen Isabella, Vitoria, the Laws of the Indies — these are icons in a new secular hagiography. The “Manifesto for Hispanidad” is the creed of this civil religion. It serves the paramasonic structure occupying the Vatican by providing a political-theological alibi for the abandonment of the Social Kingship of Christ. True Catholics — those adhering to the integral faith of Trent, Vatican I, Pius X, Pius XI, Pius XII — must reject this spectacle. Our task is not to “live up to a heritage” of naturalist institutions, but to restore all things in Christ (Instaurare omnia in Christo), beginning with the Traditional Latin Mass, the unadulterated Catechism, and the recognition that the See of Peter has been vacant since 1958. “Non est aliud nomen sub caelo datum hominibus, in quo oporteat nos salvari” (Acts 4:12) — There is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved. Not “Hispanidad.” Not “Western Civilization.” Not “Human Rights.” Only Jesus Christ, King of Kings.
