Conciliar Envoy Honors Maidan Revolution, Betrays Social Kingship of Christ

The Vatican News portal reports that “Archbishop” Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States of the conciliar sect, concluded a five-day mission to Ukraine as special envoy of the antipope Leo XIV (Robert Prevost). The itinerary reads like a manifesto of the neo-church’s apostasy: a meeting with the secularist President Volodymyr Zelensky, a floral tribute at the Maidan memorial commemorating the 2013–2014 Masonic-inspired “Revolution of Dignity,” a celebration of the 35th anniversary of the “restoration” of the Latin Rite structures in Ukraine—which are nothing but the local franchise of the conciliar sect—and a session of false ecumenism with the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations. The visit culminates in the celebration of a secular privilege: the exemption of “ordained ministers” from military conscription. This political pilgrimage exposes the total substitution of the supernatural mission of the Church for naturalistic diplomacy and religious indifferentism, a betrayal of the Social Kingship of Christ the King which alone can bring true peace.

The Antipope’s Diplomat: A Mission of Naturalistic Humanitarianism

The very premise of the mission is canonically null and theologically poisoned. “Archbishop” Gallagher acts not as a legate of the true Church, but as a functionary of the abomination of desolation occupying the Vatican. The “Pope” Leo XIV is a manifest heretic who, by the very fact of his public adhesion to the conciliar errors—religious liberty, ecumenism, collegiality, the new mass—has ipso facto lost all jurisdiction and membership in the Church, excommunicatus vitandus by divine law before any human sentence (St. Robert Bellarmine, De Romano Pontifice, lib. 2, cap. 30). As Bellarmine teaches: “A manifest heretic cannot be Pope… he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian”. Therefore, Gallagher’s “special envoy” status is a diplomatic fiction of a paramasonic structure, devoid of any sacramental or canonical reality.

The article notes the “Holy See reaffirmed its closeness to the Ukrainian people and expressed hope for a just and lasting peace.” This language is the lingua franca of the United Nations, not the Vicar of Christ. Peace is not a diplomatic negotiation but the tranquility of order (tranquillitas ordinis) founded on the recognition of Christ’s royal rights. Pius XI, in Quas Primas, condemns precisely this secularism: “When God and Jesus Christ… were removed from laws and states and when authority was derived not from God but from men, the foundations of that authority were destroyed… the entire human society had to be shaken, because it lacked a stable and strong foundation”. Gallagher brings not the peace of Christ, but the pacifism of the world—a peace that ignores the regnum Christi and thus guarantees only a truce for further iniquity.

Veneration of the Maidan: Idolatry of Political Revolution

The centerpiece of the visit’s symbolism is the laying of roses at the Maidan memorial. The article describes it as commemorating “those killed during the 2013–2014 Revolution of Dignity, when protesters died… while calling for closer ties with Europe and political reform.” This is liturgical homage paid to a Masonic revolution. The “Revolution of Dignity” was a Western-backed coup d’état, steeped in the same liberal, anti-Christian principles condemned by the Syllabus of Pius IX: “The Church ought to be separated from the State, and the State from the Church” (Error 55); “In the present day it is no longer expedient that the Catholic religion should be held as the only religion of the State” (Error 77).

By honoring this memorial, the conciliar envoy canonizes political liberalism as a martyrdom. He blesses the very principle that “the civil law prevails” over divine law (Syllabus, Error 42) and that “the State… is endowed with a certain right not circumscribed by any limits” (Error 39). There is no mention of the Kingship of Christ over Ukraine, no call for the conversion of the nation to the true Faith, no denunciation of the schismatic “Orthodoxy” that dominates the religious landscape. The roses laid at Maidan are an offering to the spirit of the age, a participation in the cult of man that Pius XI identified as the “plague of our times, so-called laicism.”

The “Restoration” of a False Church: Schismatic Structures in Ukraine

The article highlights the celebration of the “35th anniversary of the restoration of the Latin Rite Catholic Church in Ukraine” in Berdychiv, where Gallagher “presided at Mass before thousands of pilgrims.” This “Mass” is the Novus Ordo Missae, a Protestantized fabrication that denies the propitiatory nature of the Sacrifice and the Real Presence by its very rubrics and theology. The “Latin Rite Catholic Church” referenced here is not the Roman Catholic Church, but the conciliar sect’s local franchise, established after the pseudo-synod of 1989-1991 which implemented the Vatican II revolution in the Soviet bloc.

The “bishops” and “clergy” met by Gallagher are, at best, doubtfully ordained (the new ordinal of 1968 is deficient in form and intention for the sacerdotium), and at worst, manifest heretics who accept the antipope as head of the Church. They possess no jurisdiction, no mission, no sacramental validity in the eyes of God. As Pope Pius XII taught in Mystici Corporis, and as the 1917 Code (Canon 188.4) confirms: “Every office becomes vacant by the mere fact and without any declaration… if the cleric publicly defects from the Catholic faith.” The entire hierarchy of the “Ukrainian Latin Rite” has defected by embracing the conciliar magisterium. Gallagher’s “Mass” is a simulacrum, a table of assembly, an act of idolatry that wounds the Holy Trinity far more than any pagan rite, for it parodies the Holy of Holies.

Ecumenical Apostasy: The All-Ukrainian Council of Religions

The meeting with the “All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations” is the quintessence of the conciliar crime: false ecumenism. The article states they “noted the positive cooperation among Ukraine’s different Christian Churches and faith groups… reaffirming their desire for a just peace.” This is the pan-heresy of religious indifferentism condemned by Pius IX (Qui Pluribus, Error 16: “Man may, in the observance of any religion whatever, find the way of eternal salvation”) and by Pius XI in Mortalium Animos (1928): “The Apostolic See cannot take part in their assemblies, nor is it anyway lawful for Catholics either to support or to work for such enterprises; for if they do so they will be giving countenance to a false Christianity, quite alien to the one Church of Christ.”

Gallagher sits as an equal with schismatic “Orthodox” metropolitans, Protestant pastors, and likely Muslim and Jewish representatives. He thereby proclaims by his action that the Church of Christ is just one “faith group” among many. This is the “ecumenism project” denounced in the False Fatima analysis: “The imprecise formulation ‘conversion of Russia’ (without specifying Catholicism) opens the way to religious relativism. It can serve to legitimize dialogue with schismatic Orthodoxy.” Here, the “conversion of Ukraine” is replaced by “interfaith cooperation for peace.” The Council members “thanked the Holy See… for their continued support and humanitarian concern.” They thank the neo-church for humanitarian concern—not for the truth of the Gospel, not for the sacraments, not for the salvation of souls. Salus animarum suprema lex has been replaced by salus corporum et temporalis pax suprema lex.

Conscription Exemption: Secular Privilege Masquerading as Pastoral Care

The article reveals the pragmatic core of the conciliar sect’s relationship with the state: “The Council also highlighted the recent exemption of ordained ministers from military conscription, describing it as recognition by the Ukrainian authorities of the essential pastoral and social role of the Churches. Archbishop Gallagher welcomed the progress.”

This is the do ut des of the whore of Babylon. The “Church” negotiates exemptions for its functionaries from the Caesar’s wars, accepting the Caesar’s definition of who is a “minister” and what is a “Church.” It is a capitulation to Error 27 of the Syllabus: “The sacred ministers of the Church and the Roman pontiff are to be absolutely excluded from every charge and dominion over temporal affairs”—here inverted: the ministers beg the State for temporal privileges (exemption from conscription) in exchange for spiritual silence. The “pastoral role” recognized by the Ukrainian state is the role of moral anesthetist for the war machine, blessing the soldiers on both sides of a fratricidal conflict fueled by geopolitical interests utterly foreign to the Kingdom of God.

A true bishop would say: “We have no king but Christ” (John 19:15). He would denounce the war as a chastisement for sin, call for public penance, and refuse any privilege from a state that legalizes abortion, divorce, and LGBT ideology. Gallagher “welcomed the progress.” He welcomes the chains of Caesar.

Symptomatic Conclusion: The Conciliar Sect as Instrument of Masonic Geopolitics

This visit is a masterpiece of the “Masonic Operation” described in the False Fatima analysis: “Stage 3 (1958-2000): Takeover of the narrative by modernists, concealment of the Third Secret, ecumenical reinterpretation.” The conciliar sect has become a soft-power arm of the globalist Masonic order. Its “diplomacy” serves to legitimize the post-2014 Ukrainian regime (installed by the same Western Masonic networks that control the Vatican), to pacify the religious masses with humanitarian rhetoric, and to advance the ecumenical dissolution of the Church into a universal religious NGO.

The annual celebration of this solemnity will also remind states that not only private individuals, but also rulers and governments have the duty to publicly honor Christ and obey Him: for it will remind them of the final judgment, in which Christ, whom not only was cast out of the state, but was also forgotten and ignored through contempt, will very severely avenge these insults, because His royal dignity demands that all relations in the state be ordered on the basis of God’s commandments and Christian principles. (Pius XI, Quas Primas)

Gallagher’s mission is the antithesis of Quas Primas. He does not remind Zelensky of his duty to honor Christ the King; he honors the Maidan rebels. He does not demand the ordering of the state on God’s commandments; he negotiates conscription exemptions. He does not call the schismatics to unity in the one true Church; he prays with them for “just peace.”

The faithful in Ukraine—and everywhere—must recognize that the structures occupying the cathedrals in Kiev, Berdychiv, and Rome are not the Church of Christ. They are the Church of the New Advent, the paramasonic structure, the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel and St. Paul. True peace will come only when the regnum Christi is restored, when the true Mass is offered on consecrated altars by valid priests, and when the nations submit to the Sweet Yoke of Christ. Until then, every “papal envoy,” every “ecumenical meeting,” every “Mass” in the new rite is a scandal and a sacrilege crying to heaven for vengeance. Viva Cristo Rey!
