The statement warns that the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) leaders face imprisonment up to seven years, and that ordinary charitable works could be misconstrued as “inducement.” The archdiocese appeals to the state government for “adequate safeguards, clear definitions and procedural protections” to prevent misuse against minority communities. Pope Leo XIII taught in Immortale Dei (1885): “The State… is bound to profess the Catholic religion… because the Catholic religion is the only true religion”. The “archdiocese” had the duty to declare that Maharashtra, like every polity, owes public worship to Christ the King, and that its anti-conversion law is an act of rebellion against His sovereignty. Instead, it whines for “safeguards” and “procedural protections” within the Satanic framework of secularism. Quos Deus vult perdere, prius dementat.
Conclusion: The Conciliar Sect Is the Primary Obstacle to the Conversion of India
The tragedy of India is not primarily the anti-conversion laws of Hindu nationalists, but the absence of the true Catholic Church — the Church of the martyrs, of the Syllabus, of Quas Primas, of Pascendi Dominici Gregis — from the public square. The structures occupying the churches in Bombay and elsewhere preach a false gospel of “dialogue,” “inculturation,” and “religious freedom.” They have made the Church acceptable to the world by stripping her of her exclusivity and her sword (Eph 6:17). The Maharashtra law is the logical fruit of a society that sees the “Church” as just another NGO competing for market share in the religious bazaar. The “Archdiocese of Bombay” confirms this perception by its own legalistic pleading. Until the true hierarchy is restored and the Social Kingship of Christ is proclaimed without compromise, India will remain in the shadow of death, and the “bishops” of the conciliar sect will continue to negotiate the terms of their own irrelevance. Non praevalebunt (Matt 16:18) — but not through the instruments of the neo-church.
