Conciliar Hierarchy Begs Secular Power for Temporal Favors While Ignoring Christ the King
The EWTN News portal reports that nearly three hundred “faith leaders,” including conciliar “archbishops” Thomas Wenski of Miami, Gregory Hartmayer of Atlanta, and “bishop” Stephen Parkes of Savannah, have petitioned the Trump administration to extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Salvadoran nationals. The letter frames the issue purely in naturalistic humanitarian terms—“human dignity,” “family unity,” “contributions to the nation”—while the U.S. State Department classifies El Salvador as a Level 1 low-risk destination. The conciliar prelates ignore the drastic reduction in homicide rates (over 98% since 2015) and instead amplify Human Rights Watch allegations of “mass arbitrary detention” under the state of emergency. This spectacle of pseudo-bishops lobbying a Protestant president for immigration concessions, while remaining silent on the Social Kingship of Christ and the salvation of souls, exposes the complete subversion of the Church’s mission into a secular NGO.
