Antichurch’s UN Functionary Preaches Naturalistic Disarmament While Ignoring Christ the King

The Vatican News portal reports that on September 1, 2026, the International Day Against Nuclear Tests, a functionary of the conciliar sect occupying the Vatican structures, Monsignor Robert D. Murphy, addressed the United Nations High-level Plenary Meeting. Speaking as “Counselor and Chargé d’Affaires at the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See,” he invoked a pseudo-encyclical *Magnifica Humanitas* attributed to the antipope Leo XIV (Robert Prevost) to demand the entry into force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) and promote the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). The address reduces the Church’s mission to humanitarian advocacy for “a just and lasting peace” founded on “the dignity of every member of the human family,” utterly silent on the Social Kingship of Christ, the necessity of supernatural grace, and the reality of divine judgment. This intervention exposes the conciliar sect’s definitive apostasy: it has substituted the *regnum Christi* for a Masonic parody of global governance.

The Usurpation of the Papal Voice in Service of a Masonic World Order

The very premise of the address is a crime of lese-majesty against Christ the King. The functionary Murphy speaks not as a legate of the true Church, but as a diplomat of a paramasonic structure that has infiltrated the Vatican. He cites “Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical Magnifica Humanitas” — a document that does not exist in the treasury of the Church, fabricated by an antipope who, as a manifest heretic, ceased to be Pope ipso facto by the very fact of his heresy (St. Robert Bellarmine, *De Romano Pontifice*, lib. 2, cap. 30). Bellarmine teaches: “A manifest heretic cannot be Pope… he cannot be the head of something of which he is not a member; now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian.” The conciliar sect’s “Magisterium” is therefore null, void, and of no effect, as Pope Paul IV defined in *Cum ex Apostolatus Officio* for any prelate who “has defected from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy.”

By invoking this phantom encyclical, the functionary attempts to cloak the sect’s naturalistic agenda in a veneer of spiritual authority. The title “Holy See” is here a usurpation; the true Holy See is vacant, and the structures in Rome are occupied by the abomination of desolation foretold by Our Lord (Matt. 24:15). Every word spoken by Murphy in that assembly is spoken extra Ecclesiam, devoid of sacramental efficacy and canonical mission.

Reduction of the Church’s Mission to Naturalistic Humanitarianism

The address is a textbook illustration of the Modernist error condemned by St. Pius X in *Lamentabili sane exitu* (prop. 59): “Christ did not proclaim any specific, all-encompassing doctrine suitable for all times and peoples, but rather initiated a certain religious movement, applied or applicable to different times and places.” Murphy’s “Church” has no doctrine to proclaim, only a “movement” for nuclear disarmament. The speech mentions “peace” six times, “human family” twice, “dignity,” “dialogue,” “disarmament,” “common good,” “international collaboration” — but not once does it name Jesus Christ, His Cross, His Kingship, the necessity of Baptism, the reality of sin, or the Final Judgment.

This silence is the gravissima accusatio. Pius XI, in *Quas Primas*, thundered: “When God and Jesus Christ were removed from laws and states and when authority was derived not from God but from men, the foundations of that authority were destroyed… the entire human society had to be shaken, because it lacked a stable and strong foundation.” The functionary’s “just and lasting peace” is precisely the peace of the world which Christ explicitly rejected: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you” (John 14:27). The conciliar sect peddles the world’s peace — a mere absence of nuclear conflict — while the true Church demands the pax Christi in regno Christi, which exists only where Christ reigns in minds, wills, and hearts, and in the laws of nations.

The Idolatry of International Law and the United Nations

Murphy’s address treats the United Nations as a legitimate moral authority, the CTBT and TPNW as quasi-sacramental instruments of salvation. This is the error of naturalism and rationalism condemned in the Syllabus of Pius IX (props. 3, 4, 55, 77-80). The Syllabus anathematizes: “The Church ought to be separated from the State, and the State from the Church” (prop. 55) and “The Roman Pontiff can, and ought to, reconcile himself, and come to terms with progress, liberalism and modern civilization” (prop. 80). The functionary does exactly this: he subordinates the Church’s mission to the “international community,” making the UN the arbiter of peace and justice.

Pius XI in *Quas Primas* defined the Church’s rights: “The Church, established by Christ as a perfect society, demands for itself by a right belonging to it, which it cannot renounce, full freedom and independence from secular authority… it cannot depend on anyone’s will.” The conciliar sect, by contrast, begs the UN for treaties. It has voluntarily subjected itself to the “civil power” — the very error condemned in Syllabus prop. 20: “The ecclesiastical power ought not to exercise its authority without the permission and assent of the civil government.” Here, the “civil government” is the globalist UN apparatus.

The functionary praises the “indispensable work” of the CTBTO Preparatory Commission and its “International Monitoring System,” hailing “how science, technology, and international collaboration can work towards the common good.” This is the cult of man and technique condemned by Pius XI: “There was no lack of states that thought they could do without God and that their religion was impiety and contempt for God.” The “common good” invoked is a purely temporal, materialistic common good — the avoidance of radiation sickness and cancer — severed from the *summum bonum* which is God Himself.

Anthropocentric “Dignity” Versus the Rights of God

The address concludes with an appeal to “the dignity of every member of the human family.” This is the Masonic slogan of “human rights” elevated above the rights of God. The Syllabus (prop. 56) condemns: “Moral laws do not stand in need of the divine sanction, and it is not at all necessary that human laws should be made conformable to the laws of nature and receive their power of binding from God.” The conciliar sect’s “dignity” is a naturalistic abstraction, divorced from the supernatural dignity of the baptized as adopted children of God, and from the duty of every creature to adore its Creator.

True human dignity is realized only in subjection to Christ the King. Pius XI: “Let Christ reign in the mind of man… in the will… in the heart… in the body and its members, which, as instruments… of justice for God, should contribute to the inner sanctification of souls.” The functionary’s “dignity” demands nothing of God; it demands only that states sign treaties. It is the dignity of the homo naturalis, not the homo christianus.

The Theological Bankruptcy of “Nuclear Deterrence” Critique

Murphy decries a “renewed reliance on nuclear deterrence” and “increasingly aggressive nuclear rhetoric.” While the Church has always condemned the indiscriminate destruction of innocent life (Pius XII, *Acta Apostolicae Sedis* 1954), the conciliar sect’s critique is purely consequentialist and humanitarian. It ignores the moral theology of just war and the duty of legitimate authority to defend the common good — even with force — against aggression. More fundamentally, it ignores the spiritual warfare that is the true crisis of our time.

The functionary speaks of “survivors,” “cancer,” “congenital anomalies,” “trauma” — evils of the body. He is silent on the mass apostasy, the sacrilegious “Masses,” the abortion holocaust, the sodomite “marriages,” the Masonic infiltration of governments — evils of the soul that cry to heaven for vengeance. St. Pius X warned in *Lamentabili* (prop. 63): “The Church is incapable of effectively defending evangelical ethics, because it steadfastly adheres to its views, which cannot be reconciled with modern progress.” The conciliar sect has “reconciled” itself with modern progress; it has become an NGO with a mitre.

Symptomatic Analysis: The Fruit of the Conciliar Revolution

This UN intervention is the logical and necessary fruit of Vatican II’s *Gaudium et Spes* and *Dignitatis Humanae*. The Council’s “pastoral” turn opened the Church to the world, not to convert it, but to dialogue with it on its own terms. The result is a “Church” that speaks the language of the UN, the WHO, the WEF — the language of the synagogue of Satan (Apoc. 2:9; 3:9). Pius IX, in the allocution *Quibus quantisque* (1849), identified the source: “Anyone who knows the nature, desires and intentions of the sects, whether they be called masonic or bear another name… cannot doubt that the present misfortune must mainly be imputed to the frauds and machinations of these sects.”

The functionary Murphy is a functionary of this Masonic operation. His “Holy See” is the counter-church prophesied by the Fathers. Its “peace” is the peace of the Antichrist — a global technocratic order without Christ. The true Church, the Ecclesia militans, remains in the catacombs, in the hands of bishops and priests who preserve the Traditio integra, the valid Sacraments, and the unadulterated Faith. She alone possesses the potestas iurisdictionis to teach, govern, and sanctify. The sect in Rome has ipso facto lost all jurisdiction by its manifest heresy (Canon 188 §4, 1917 Code; Bellarmine; Wernz-Vidal).

Conclusion: No Peace Without the King

The article from the conciliar sect’s propaganda organ inadvertently manifests the total theological bankruptcy of the post-conciliar religion. It offers the world a placebo of disarmament treaties while the soul of the world rots in sin. “There is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12) — not the CTBT, not the NPT, not the TPNW, not the UN, not “dialogue,” not “human dignity” abstracted from Christ. The only “just and lasting peace” is the pax Christi in regno Christi. Until the nations recognize the Kingship of Christ, publicly and legally, and conform their laws to His Gospel, all their treaties are carta pessima, written in sand. The functionary’s words are verba vana; the true Church’s duty remains: “Docete omnes gentes… baptizantes eos in nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti” (Matt. 28:19). Non est pax, dicit Dominus, impiis (Isa. 48:22).
