The Pillar Podcast, a media organ of the conciliar sect, reports on the latest maneuvering of the Vatican’s “synod on synodality” — a permanent revolutionary tribunal established to dismantle what remains of Catholic discipline. Episode 280 reveals that the synod’s canon law commission has issued its final report demanding changes to the 1983 Code (itself a modernist rupture from the 1917 Code), and that the antipope Leo XIV (Robert Prevost) plans a meeting with the heads of episcopal conferences to impose Amoris Laetitia — the magna carta of adultery and sacrilege — upon the universal pseudo-church. This is not reform; it is the codification of apostasy.
The Synodal Machine: Institutionalizing the Hermeneutic of Rupture
The very concept of a “synod on synodality” is a theological monstrosity unknown to the Church’s bimillennial tradition. It replaces the monarchia of Christ the King, exercised through the Roman Pontiff and the Episcopate in hierarchical communion, with a parlamentum of perpetual revolution. As Pius XI teaches in Quas Primas: “Christ the Lord is King of hearts… He reigns in the minds of men… because He Himself is Truth, and men must draw truth from Him and accept it obediently.” The synodal process inverts this order: truth is no longer received from above but “discerned” from below, through “listening” and “dialogue” — the twin pillars of Modernist epistemology condemned by St. Pius X in Lamentabili Sane Exitu (prop. 5, 6, 22, 59).
The commission’s report on Canon Law is the legislative expression of this inversion. The 1983 Code, promulgated by the antipope John Paul II, already embodied the conciliar ecclesiology of Lumen Gentium — the “people of God” supplanting the Ecclesia perfecta, collegiality undermining primacy, religious liberty contradicting the Social Kingship of Christ. Now the synodal vultures seek to pick clean even that carcass. The “changes” proposed will inevitably further erode the ius divinum structure of the Church, substituting synodalitas for jurisdiction, “consensus” for authority, “accompaniment” for judgment.
Amoris Laetitia: The Codification of Adultery as “Pastoral Care”
The planned meeting on Amoris Laetitia exposes the true telos of the synodal juggernaut. That document — Chapter 8, footnote 352 — permits the divorced and “remarried” to receive the Most Holy Eucharist while living more uxorio with a non-spouse. This is not merely a “pastoral innovation”; it is a formal denial of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments, of the indissolubility of marriage (Can. 1056, 1917 Code; Casti Connubii, Pius XI), and of the Eucharistic coherence demanded by St. Paul: “Whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and of the blood of the Lord” (1 Cor 11:27).
The Syllabus of Pius IX condemns the proposition: “The civil government… has the right to make enactments regarding the administration of the divine sacraments, and the dispositions necessary for receiving them” (Error 44). Amoris Laetitia does worse: it grants this “right” to the individual conscience, under the guise of “discernment,” making the adulterer the judge of his own worthiness. The antipope Leo XIV’s meeting with episcopal conference heads is designed to enforce this sacrilege universally, silencing the few remaining voices in the neo-church who still whisper objection.
The Vacant See and the Usurpation of Legislative Power
The Defense of Sedevacantism demonstrates conclusively that a manifest heretic cannot hold the papal office. St. Robert Bellarmine teaches: “A manifest heretic… by that very fact ceases to be Pope and head, just as he ceases to be a Christian and member of the body of the Church.” Pope Paul IV’s Bull Cum ex Apostolatus Officio declares that if a Roman Pontiff “has defected from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy: (i) his promotion or elevation… shall be null, void, and of no effect.” The line of claimants since John XXIII — including the current antipope Leo XIV (Robert Prevost) — are manifest heretics by their adherence to the Second Vatican Council’s errors (religious liberty, ecumenism, collegiality, liturgical reform) and their implementation of its revolutionary program.
Therefore, the “synod on synodality” has no authority. Its “commission on Canon Law” has no authority. The 1983 Code has no authority. The meeting on Amoris Laetitia is a conclave of usurpers legislating for a counterfeit church. As Pope Celestine I wrote of Nestorius: “he could not remove anyone by sentence who himself had already shown that he must be removed.” The same applies to every “bishop,” “cardinal,” and “pope” of the conciliar sect: they have departed from the Faith; they cannot bind or loose.
The Pillar Podcast: Gatekeepers of the Neo-Church
The hosts, JD Flynn and Ed Condon, function as apparatchiks of the paramasonic structure. Their language — “backrooms,” “robots,” “nothingburger” — reveals the trivializing, bureaucratic mindset of the neo-clergy. They treat the destruction of divine law as a political story, a “process” to be analyzed. Nowhere do they mention the honor due to Christ the King, the salvation of souls, the horror of sacrilege, the reality of Hell. Their “Great Catholic Conversation” is the chatter of the Sanhedrin plotting against the Messiah.
The podcast’s sponsorship by the “Catholic Education Fund” (Aequitas Education / ACE Scholarships) illustrates the financial infrastructure of the conciliar sect: massive resources devoted to maintaining the illusion of legitimacy, forming generations in the errors of Vatican II. This is the “synagogue of Satan” denounced by Pius IX in the Syllabus allocution: “the frauds and machinations of these sects… winding through sinuous caverns, deceiving many with astute frauds.”
Canon 188.4 and the Automatic Vacancy of Heretical Offices
The 1917 Code, the last legitimate canonical legislation, states in Canon 188.4: “Every office becomes vacant by the mere fact and without any declaration by reason of tacit resignation… if the cleric: 4. Publicly defects from the Catholic faith.” Fr. McDevitt and Ayrinhac confirm that “joining a non-Catholic sect is not required to establish the publicity which the canon demands.” Public defection occurs through formal heresy — such as the profession of Vatican II’s errors, the promulgation of the Novus Ordo Missae, the implementation of Amoris Laetitia.
Every “bishop” heading an episcopal conference summoned by Leo XIV has publicly defected. Their offices are vacant ipso facto. The meeting is a gathering of laymen in vestments, a conventiculum haereticorum, possessing no more canonical weight than a Masonic lodge. The “changes to Canon Law” proposed by the synodal commission are the scribblings of schismatics, irritae et inanes.
The Kingship of Christ vs. The Republic of Synodality
Pius XI instituted the Feast of Christ the King precisely against the “secularism of our times, so-called laicism” which “began with the denial of Christ the Lord’s reign over all nations.” The synod on synodality is the ecclesiastical form of this laicism: the Church transformed into an NGO, doctrine into “consensus,” morality into “accompaniment,” the King into a “facilitator.” The antipope Leo XIV, by advancing this agenda, confirms his role as the vicarius Antichristi in the temple of God (2 Thess 2:4).
True Catholics — those adhering to the integral Faith, the 1917 Code, the traditional Mass, the Social Kingship of Christ — recognize none of this. We are bound by the immutable law: Lex orandi, lex credendi, lex vivendi. The neo-church’s lex orandi is the Novus Ordo; its lex credendi is Vatican II; its lex vivendi is Amoris Laetitia. It is a different religion.
Conclusion: The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail
The “final report” of the synodal commission and the upcoming Amoris Laetitia summit are not steps toward reform but the acceleration of the Great Apostasy foretold by St. Paul. The conciliar sect, occupying the visible structures of the Church, is the “abomination of desolation standing in the holy place” (Matt 24:15). Its “canon law” is waste paper. Its “pope” is a usurper. Its “bishops” are hirelings. Its “sacraments” — when simulated according to the new rites and novel intentions — are invalid or at best doubtful.
The duty of every Catholic is non possumus: no cooperation, no recognition, no silence. “You are Christ the King of glory!” sang the faithful at Nicaea’s sixteenth centenary. Today, the true Church — reduced to a remnant, without visible hierarchy, persecuted by the neo-church and the world — sings the same. Regnavit a ligno Deus. God has reigned from the Cross. The synodal farce will pass; the Kingship of Christ is eternal.
