Hindu Nationalism Exposes the Bankruptcy of Conciliar “Religious Liberty” in India

The National Catholic Register (EWTN News) reports that the High Court of Chhattisgarh, a state governed by the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party, dismissed a challenge to a government order mandating Hindu prayers — Saraswati Vandana, Gayatri Mantra, Bhojan Mantra — in state schools, dismissing the petition as “premature.” The conciliar “Archbishop of Raipur,” Victor Henry Thakur, alongside Protestant and “civil rights” groups, decried the ruling as a betrayal of “secular democracy,” “fundamental rights,” and “constitutional guarantees” for minorities under Article 30. The “Archbishop” lamented that children must not be forced to “wage legal battle against the system” and pleaded that schools not become “communal battlefields.” Protestant leaders decried a “coercive atmosphere” and “Hindutva agenda.”

The Hindu State Acts with Confessional Logic; the Conciliar Hierarchy Appeals to Masonic Secularism

The government order of June 12 [mandating Hindu prayers in schools at assemblies, meal breaks, and at closing] came as a shock to us… In a secular democratic country, young children or their families should not be forced to wage legal battle against the system to uphold their fundamental rights.

We urge all concerned to ensure that the schools — temples of learning and harmony — are not reduced to communal battlefields of division and religious dominance.

The factual matrix reveals a grotesque inversion. The Hindu nationalist state acts with the ruthless logic of a confessional regime: it imposes its cult (Saraswati Vandana, Gayatri Mantra) on the captive minds of children in state schools, backed by state inspections and funding for sound systems (25,000 rupees per school). It recognizes, correctly in principle, that education is inherently religious and that the State must confess a god. The Hindu nationalists have simply chosen the false gods of the Vedas over the True God.

The conciliar “Archbishop” Thakur, however, does not demand that the Indian State recognize the Social Kingship of Christ the King (Quas Primas). He does not invoke the Rights of God (Jura Dei). He whines about “fundamental rights,” “secular democracy,” and the “Constitution.” He appeals to Article 30 of the Indian Constitution — a Masonic, secularist document that enshrines indifferentism (Syllabus, Prop. 15, 16, 17, 18) and the separation of Church and State (Syllabus, Prop. 55) — as his shield. He begs the Hindu Caesar for “harmony” and “pluralism.” This is not the voice of the Church; it is the whine of a chaplain to the Masonic lodge.

Linguistic Surrender: The Vocabulary of the Syllabus Errors

The rhetoric of the conciliar hierarchy and their Protestant allies is a litany of condemned errors.
“Secular democratic country” — Error 80 (Syllabus): “The Roman Pontiff can, and ought to, reconcile himself, and come to terms with progress, liberalism and modern civilization.”
“Fundamental rights / Constitutional guarantees” — Error 39: “The State, as being the origin and source of all rights, is endowed with a certain right not circumscribed by any limits.” Error 56: “Moral laws do not stand in need of the divine sanction.”
“Temples of learning and harmony / Communal battlefields” — The language of latitudinarianism and indifferentism (Errors 15-18). The “Archbishop” speaks not as a successor of the Apostles teaching all nations (Matt 28:19), but as a manager of a “faith-based NGO” seeking a carve-out in a secular sandbox.
“Coercive atmosphere / Fear of stigma” — The language of Dignitatis Humanae (Vatican II), the false doctrine of religious liberty condemned in radice by Pius IX and Pius XII. The Protestant “Rev. Akhilesh Edgar” speaks of “daily pressure to participate in religious practices that are not their own.” True Catholics know that error has no rights (Pius IX, Quanta Cura; Pius XI, Mit Brennender Sorge), and that the State has the duty to profess the True Religion (Leo XIII, Immortale Dei; Pius XI, Quas Primas). The complaint is not that the State imposes false worship (idolatry), but that it imposes someone else’s worship on “minorities.” This is the theology of the Synagogue of Satan (Apoc 2:9), not the Catholic Church.

Theological Bankruptcy: Quas Primas vs. The Indian Constitution

Pope Pius XI, in Quas Primas (1925), thunders against the very secularism the “Archbishop” invokes as his defense:

When God and Jesus Christ… were removed from laws and states and when authority was derived not from God but from men, the foundations of that authority were destroyed, because the main reason why some have the right to command and others have the duty to obey was removed. (Pius XI, Quas Primas, citing Ubi Arcano)

His reign extends not only to Catholic nations… but His reign encompasses also all non-Christians, so that most truly the entire human race is subject to the authority of Jesus Christ. (Pius XI, Quas Primas, citing Leo XIII, Annum Sacrum)

Let rulers of states therefore not refuse public veneration and obedience to the reigning Christ… For the state is happy not by one means, and man by another; for the state is nothing else than a harmonious association of men. (Pius XI, Quas Primas)

The Indian Constitution, which “Archbishop” Thakur brandishes like a talisman (Article 30), is precisely the document Pius XI condemns: a charter deriving authority “from men,” not God; establishing a “secular” state indifferent to the True Religion; placing the false cults of Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity on a par (Indifferentism, Syllabus 15-18). By appealing to Article 30, the conciliar hierarchy legitimizes the Masonic order. They accept the premise: “The State is the source of rights” (Syllabus 39). They beg for “minority rights” within a system that Pius IX condemned as pestis (Syllabus, Intro).

The “Archbishop” boasts: “The Catholic Church runs over 250 schools.” Under Article 30. This means the conciliar sect operates as a concessionaire of the Hindu/Masonic State. They have accepted civilta without Catholicitas. They have rendered unto Caesar the things that are God’s (the education of youth, Divini Illius Magistri, Pius XI). Pius XI taught: “The Church, established by Christ as a perfect society, demands for itself by a right belonging to it, which it cannot renounce, full freedom and independence from secular authority.” (Quas Primas). The Chhattisgarh “Church” has renounced that right. It is a department of the State.

The Symptomatic Fruit: Vatican II’s Dignitatis Humanae in Action

This humiliation in Chhattisgarh is the bitter fruit of the conciliar revolution. The “Archbishop” Thakur is a creature of the “pope” Leo XIV (Robert Prevost), a manifest heretic who, by the very fact of his adherence to the Vatican II heresies (religious liberty, ecumenism, collegiality), has forfeited the papacy ipso facto (Paul IV, Cum ex Apostolatus Officio; St. Robert Bellarmine, De Romano Pontifice; Wernz-Vidal, Ius Canonicum). As Bellarmine teaches: “A manifest heretic… by that very fact ceases to be Pope and head, just as he ceases to be a Christian and member of the body of the Church.” (De Romano Pontifice, Bk 2, Ch. 30). Thakur, ordained in the invalid Paul VI rite (1968), holds no jurisdiction, no orders, no mission. He is a layman in vestments, a functionary of the conciliar sect occupying the Vatican.

The “EWTN News” source is the propaganda arm of the same sect (Mother Angelica’s network, fully integrated into the Novus Ordo establishment, promoting the Masonic “Fatima” operation — see False Fatima Apparitions file: “Masonic Operation ‘Fatima’… Stage 3: Takeover of the narrative by modernists, ecumenical reinterpretation”).

The Protestant “Progressive Christian Alliance” and “Evangelical Churches in India” are fellow travelers in the ecumenical syncretism condemned by Pius XI (Mortalium Animos). Their joint statement with the “Archbishop” — “deep disappointment,” “fundamental rights,” “coercive atmosphere” — is the voice of the Synagogue of Satan (Apoc 2:9), demanding equal time for error alongside error, under the aegis of the Masonic State.

The Hindu Nationalists Are More Consistent Than the Conciliar Hierarchy

The BJP government understands Cuius regio, eius religio — a principle of natural law perverted by heretics, but recognizing the truth that the State must have a cult. They impose the Gayatri Mantra (invocation of the sun deity Savitr) and Saraswati Vandana (goddess of knowledge). They understand that education is formation of the soul. Pius XI taught: “It is only of Christ the Man that it can be said that He received power and honor and a kingdom from the Father… He is the source of salvation for individuals and for the whole.” (Quas Primas). The Hindu State renders to the creature (Savitr/Saraswati) the worship due to the Creator. The conciliar “Church” renders to Caesar (the Constitution) the obedience due to Christ the King.

The “Archbishop” says: “We were looking forward to the judiciary to uphold the fundamental rights of the religious minorities.” He places his hope in the High Court of a Hindu State — the very judicial arm of the power imposing the idolatry. He does not call the faithful to resist the Bhojan Mantra (food prayer to false gods) as idolatry (Ex 20:3-5; 1 Cor 10:20-21). He does not threaten excommunication for Catholic parents who comply. He files a “petition.” He seeks “legal remedy.” He accepts the jurisdiction of the Sanhedrin.

Conclusion: The Abomination of Desolation in the Temple of Learning

The Chhattisgarh order mandating Hindu mantras in state schools is the logical consequence of a State that has apostatized from the True God (if it ever knew Him) and embraced the demons of the Vedas. The reaction of the conciliar hierarchy is the logical consequence of a “Church” that has apostatized from the Social Kingship of Christ, embraced Dignitatis Humanae, and entered into the ecumenical syncretism of the New Age.

There is no remedy in the Indian Constitution. There is no remedy in the “High Court.” There is no remedy in the “Archbishop of Raipur” or the “Pope” Leo XIV. The only remedy is the Social Kingship of Christ the King (Quas Primas), proclaimed by true bishops with valid orders and jurisdiction, commanding the State to kiss the Son, lest he be angry (Ps 2:12). Until the conciliar sect is recognized as the abomination of desolation (Matt 24:15) occupying the visible structures, and true Catholics separate from it (separamini, 2 Cor 6:17), the children of Chhattisgarh — and of the world — will continue to be fed the Bhojan Mantra of idolatry, while the hirelings bleat about “secular harmony.”
