This uncritical presentation is itself symptomatic of the conciliar mentality: the reduction of the Catholic Faith to a culturally adaptive, anthropocentric project devoid of the supernatural mission of the Church, the conversion of souls, and the exclusive salvific claim of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
