Antipope Leo XIV’s Argentina Visit: Synodal Apostasy in the Land of Luján

Vatican News portal reports that “Archbishop” Marcelo Colombo, president of the Argentine Episcopal Conference, expresses jubilation over the impending November visit of the antipope Leo XIV (Robert Prevost) to Argentina. The itinerary includes Buenos Aires, Córdoba, and the sanctuary of Luján, framed by the conciliar sect’s signature themes of “synodality and mission,” “peace,” “human dignity,” and “ecclesial renewal.” Colombo invokes the memory of the apostate Jorge Bergoglio — as “Cardinal,” “Bishop,” “Father,” and “Pope” — alongside the false “Pope” John Paul II, to legitimize this spectacle. This visit manifests the conciliar sect’s definitive replacement of the Social Kingship of Christ with a naturalistic, synodal parody of the papal primacy.

The Usurper’s Itinerary: A Parody of the Papal Primacy

The article announces the sixth international “Apostolic Journey” of the usurper Leo XIV, placing Argentina between Uruguay and Peru. This globetrotting activism mirrors the modernist invention of the “pope as pilgrim,” a role utterly foreign to the Vicar of Christ who, as Pius XI teaches in Quas Primas, “reigns in the minds of men… because He Himself is Truth, and men must draw truth from Him and accept it obediently.” The true Pope does not “bring a message of hope” as a motivational speaker; he is the guardian of the Deposit of Faith, the Rock upon which the Church is built (Matt. 16:18).

Colombo’s declaration — “We know he brings us a message of hope; we know he comes in the name of Christ; and we know he also brings us the joy of the Gospel” — exposes the conciliar sect‘s functionalist ecclesiology. The antipope is reduced to a bearer of vague “messages,” a functionary of a “pastoral” bureaucracy. This contradicts the dogmatic constitution Pastor Aeternus (Vatican I), which defines the Roman Pontiff as possessing “full and supreme power of jurisdiction over the whole Church” in matters of faith and morals, not a traveling ambassador of “synodality.” The very concept of an “Apostolic Journey” as a media event is a post-1958 novelty, unknown to the immemorial tradition where the Pope, as Servus Servorum Dei, governed from the See of Peter, the cathedra veritatis.

“Synodality and Mission”: The Conciliar Sect’s New Gospel

Colombo explicitly identifies the twin pillars of the Bergoglian revolution: “Synodality and mission—mission and synodality—closely intertwined, are recurring themes in the Holy Father’s messages and proposals.” This phraseology is the shibboleth of the Church of the New Advent. It signifies the inversion of the divine constitution of the Church: the replacement of the hierarchical, monarchical structure willed by Christ (Council of Trent, Sess. XXIV, can. 6) with a “synodal” democracy of the “People of God.”

The Syllabus of Errors (Pius IX, 1864) condemns the proposition that “The Church is not a true and perfect society, entirely free… but it appertains to the civil power to define what are the rights of the Church” (Error 19). Today, the “civil power” is internalized as the “synodal assembly.” The paramasonic structure occupying the Vatican has substituted the munus docendi, sanctificandi, regendi with a perpetual “listening process.” As St. Pius X thundered in Pascendi Dominici Gregis (1907), Modernism “aims at such a development of dogmas as appears to be their corruption.” “Synodality” is the operational arm of this corruption: the evolution of dogma by committee vote.

The article’s mention of studying “the experiences of the most recent Apostolic Visits” reveals the neo-church‘s pragmatic, sociological methodology. They organize “teams” and “consult Church officials” like a multinational corporation launching a product. There is zero reference to the Unbloody Sacrifice of Calvary, the Salus Animarum, or the condemnation of error. The “pastoral focus” is a euphemism for the abandonment of the regimen in favor of accompaniment — the hermeneutic of rupture masquerading as continuity.

“Peace” and “Human Dignity”: The Language of Masonic Naturalism

Colombo hails the antipope as bringing a “powerful message of peace, commitment to human dignity and ongoing ecclesial renewal.” This triad — peace, human dignity, renewal — is the creed of the abomination of desolation. It is a purely naturalistic creed, stripped of the supernatural order.

Pius XI in Quas Primas explicitly condemns this secularist peace: “When God and Jesus Christ… were removed from laws and states and when authority was derived not from God but from men, the foundations of that authority were destroyed… the entire human society had to be shaken, because it lacked a stable and strong foundation.” The “peace” of the conciliar sect is the pax Masonica, the tranquility of order without the Orderer. It is the peace of the Civitas Terrena pretending to be the Civitas Dei.

“Human dignity” (dignitas humana), severed from the Imago Dei restored by grace and the obligation to worship the true God (First Commandment), becomes the idol of the Declaration on Religious Freedom (Dignitatis Humanae). The Syllabus condemns the error that “Every man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true” (Error 15). The antipope’s “commitment to human dignity” is the enforcement of this condemned liberty: the right to error, the right to false worship, the right to damn one’s soul.

“Ecclesial renewal” (aggiornamento) is the code word for the auto-demolition of the Church (Paul VI’s unwitting admission). It is the novitas condemned by St. Pius X in Lamentabili Sane Exitu (1907): “The pursuit of novelty in the investigation of the foundations of things leads in our times to deplorable consequences, abandoning all restraint. It causes the heritage of humanity to be rejected.”

Luján: Profaning the Patroness with False Unity

The climax of the visit is the stop at the Basilica of Our Lady of Luján, Patroness of Argentina. Colombo gushes: “To have the Pope there—as we so often had Cardinal Bergoglio, Bishop Bergoglio and Father Bergoglio, and as we once welcomed Pope John Paul II—will be a beautiful and truly wonderful opportunity to experience the Pope’s visit in unity and in the spirit of God’s children.”

This is a calculated profanation. The true Our Lady of Luján, like Our Lady of Guadalupe, is the Conquistadora of souls for the Catholic Faith, not a mascot for interreligious dialogue or synodal “unity.” The reference to the apostate Bergoglio in his various “roles” — all exercised within the conciliar sect — and to the false “Pope” John Paul II (the architect of Assisi 1986, the kisser of the Quran, the canonizer of the novus ordo), is an attempt to forge a false continuity. It invokes the argumentum ad antiquitatem for a novelty that began in 1958.

The “unity” invoked is the unity of the Masonic lodge: “unity in diversity,” the synthesis of all errors. The Syllabus condemns: “Protestantism is nothing more than another form of the same true Christian religion, in which form it is given to please God equally as in the Catholic Church” (Error 18). The “spirit of God’s children” cited by Colombo is the spirit of adoption (Rom. 8:15) which belongs exclusively to the baptized faithful in the state of grace, united to the true Vicar of Christ — not to the followers of a manifest heretic who has ipso facto lost the papacy (Bellarmine, De Romano Pontifice; Cum ex Apostolatus Officio, Paul IV).

The Silence on the Supernatural: The Gravest Accusation

The article — and by extension, the entire “preparation” of the Argentine “bishops” — is hermetically sealed against the supernatural. There is not a single mention of:

  • The Most Holy Sacrifice of the Mass (the Unbloody Sacrifice of Calvary) as the center of the visit.
  • The Sacrament of Penance and the conversion of sinners.
  • The Four Last Things (Death, Judgment, Heaven, Hell).
  • The Social Kingship of Christ the King over Argentina’s laws and constitution.
  • The condemnation of the errors of Modernism, Liberalism, Socialism, Communism, Freemasonry (Syllabus, Errors 23, 40, 53, 77).
  • The Immaculate Conception, the Assumption, the Rosary, Eucharistic Adoration.

This silence is the finger of God writing Mene, Tekel, Peres on the wall of the neo-church. As Pius XI teaches: “The Kingdom of our Redeemer encompasses all men… His reign extends not only to Catholic nations… but His reign encompasses also all non-Christians, so that most truly the entire human race is subject to the authority of Jesus Christ.” (Quas Primas, citing Leo XIII, Annum Sacrum). The antipope’s visit is a direct rebellion against this Kingship. He comes not to crown Christ the King in the public square, but to enthrone the “synodal” idol of man.

Colombo’s Complicity: A “Bishop” of the Abomination

“Archbishop” Colombo is not a passive victim. As president of the Argentine Episcopal Conference, he orchestrates the reception. His language — “vitality of the Church,” “diversity and vitality,” “good shepherd,” “evangelising visit” — is the Newspeak of the paramasonic structure. He speaks of the “Church” as a sociological phenomenon (“represented through its bishops”), not the Mystical Body of Christ (Pius XII, Mystici Corporis).

He is a hireling (John 10:12-13) who flees the wolf (Modernism) by opening the gate. By legitimizing the usurper Leo XIV, he incurs the anathema of the Council of Trent (Sess. XXIV, can. 7) on those who deny the hierarchical institution, and the warning of St. Paul: “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema” (Gal. 1:8).

The faithful of Argentina — the true remnant (Is. 1:9) — must recognize that no grace flows from this visit. The sacraments administered by these “clerics” in communion with the antipope are doubtful at best, sacrilegious at worst, celebrated in a sect that has defected from the Catholic Faith (Canon 188.4, 1917 Code; Cum ex Apostolatus Officio). The only true preparation for the coming of Christ the King is the rejection of the conciliar sect, adherence to the Traditional Latin Mass and the integral Faith preserved by valid bishops and priests sine auctoritate sed non sine missione (without ordinary jurisdiction but with supplied mission for the salvation of souls), and the public profession of the Social Kingship of Christ against the reign of Antichrist in the Vatican.

Non praevalebunt (They shall not prevail). The gates of hell shall not prevail against the true Church, which is not the “Church in Argentina” of Colombo, but the Church of the Catacombs, the Church of the Martyrs, the Church of TraditionUna, Sancta, Catholica, Apostolica.
